Gyu Hitotsuya Shinbashi is a famous yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy red meat Wagyu beef, whose flavor is concentrated in a unique aging room, over a charcoal charcoal fire on a shichirin grill. The light flavor that does not upset the stomach goes well with carefully selected wines and makgeolli (rice wine). We buy only a small amount of rare Wagyu beef, which is shipped only a few times a year, and serve it in its best condition, having carefully aged it with expert techniques to extract the maximum flavor. [For seat-only reservations] From 3 PM on the day of your visit, a charge of 10,000 yen (per person) will apply. - The two types of premium beef platter and beef platter for one whole cow will incur a 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made after 2 PM on the day of your visit. Additionally, if you order a whole cow platter at the restaurant from a seat-only reservation, a 10% same-day service charge will apply. - Other courses will incur a 100% charge for cancellations made after 11 PM the day before. - For seat-only reservations, if you cancel after 3 PM on the day of your visit, a cancellation fee of 10,000 yen per person will apply for unnecessary cancellations.
