We purchase whole A4-grade female cattle known for their excellent balance of lean meat and marbling, which is less likely to cause an upset stomach. Our restaurant prides itself on high-quality Wagyu whose flavor has reached its peak through careful aging, and because we buy whole cattle we can offer genuine rare and premium cuts at reasonable prices. The depth developed by aging and the added savory taste and toasty aroma from charcoal grilling are exceptional. With a variety of dishes and signature items—such as our thick-cut tongue, which has devoted fans—you can fully savor the meat's natural flavor.

The solid wood table creates a sense of quality, and the consideration for semi-private rooms guarantees a private experience. The style of gathering around a shichirin (a small charcoal grill) with friends and family combines approachability with a sense of specialness. It is also possible to accommodate large groups, which adds to its appeal for various occasions.

We buy whole wagyu cattle so the beef won’t make you tired of eating, assess the character and condition of each cut, and serve it at the proper level of aging. Reservation Notes

For course reservations: from 11:00 PM on the day before your visit, 100% of the course price (per person) will be charged. For seat-only reservations: from 3:00 PM on the day of your visit, 10,000 yen (per person) will be charged. If you make a seat-only reservation and then order an ittomori (one-head platter) in the restaurant, a 10% same-day service charge will be applied. Other courses: from 11:00 PM on the day before your visit, 100% will be charged. For seat-only reservations canceled after 3:00 PM on the day of the visit, in the case of wasteful cancellations a cancellation fee of 10,000 yen per person will be charged. Recently, same-day cancellations and wasteful cancellations have been increasing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
