Head chef Mr. Tada is a young artisan with deep knowledge and skill when it comes to meat. He is skilled in handling aged meat and wagyu, and is well versed in the doneness that brings out the meat's natural umami. To serve a wide variety of cuts in their best condition, he always finishes each dish with the utmost care. He continues to bring out new charms of yakiniku and to move the guests who visit.

For course reservations: from 11:00 PM on the day before your visit, 100% of the course price (per person) will be charged. For seat-only reservations: from 3:00 PM on the day of your visit, 10,000 yen (per person) will be charged. If you make a seat-only reservation and then order an ittomori (one-head platter) in the restaurant, a 10% same-day service charge will be applied. Other courses: from 11:00 PM on the day before your visit, 100% will be charged. For seat-only reservations canceled after 3:00 PM on the day of the visit, in the case of wasteful cancellations a cancellation fee of 10,000 yen per person will be charged. Recently, same-day cancellations and wasteful cancellations have been increasing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
